pEMTomato Cheese Ring Recipe from the diabetic recipe collection at InformationAboutDiabetes.com/emIngredients: /pP6 oz gelatin, lemon-flavored3 cup tomato juice, hot3/4 cup mayonnaise6 oz cream cheese, softened3 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped1/2 cup olives, stuffed, sliced1 lettuce leaves/pPreparation: PDissolve gelatin in tomato juice.
