li4 tsp granulated sugar replacement/li
li2 eggs/li
li2 cup flour, sifted/li
li1/2 tsp baking soda/li
li1/4 tsp salt/li
li1/2 tsp nutmeg/li
li1/4 cup hot apple juice/li
li1/4 cup raisins, chopped/li
li1/4 cup currants/li

liCream together margarine and sugar replacement. Add eggs; beat until fluffy./li
liCombine flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in sifter; add alternately with hot apple juice to creamed mixture./li
liFold in raisins and currants. Allow to rest 15 minutes./li
liDrop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 to 3 in. apart. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes./li
