pEMFrench Fudge Recipe from the diabetic recipe collection at InformationAboutDiabetes.com/emIngredients: /pP13 oz (1) cn Skim evaporated milk2 tbsp Cornstarch1 tbsp Liquid sugar replacement1/2 cup Chocolate chips3 oz Cream cheese, softened1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract/pPreparation: PCombine evaporated milk, cornstarch, sugar replacement and chocolatechips in saucepan. Cook and stir mixture is thick and chocolatechips are melted. Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat inchocolate/mixture. Stir in vanilla extract. Turn into buttered 8-insquare baking dish.
