pEMEggs Curry Recipe from the diabetic recipe collection at InformationAboutDiabetes.com/emIngredients: /pP6 Eggs, hard boiled1/4 cup Almonds, slivered2 tbsp Diet margarine1 Onion1/2 cup Celery, chopped fine1 1/2 tbsp Arrowroot1 tsp Salt1 1/2 tsp Curry powder2 cup Nonfat milk4 slice Toast/pPreparation: PThinly slice shelled eggs. Brown almonds in margarine until goldenbrown. Remove; drain on absorbent paper. In same pan saute onion andcelery until golden; stir in arrowroot, salt, and curry powder; stirin milk slowly. Cook, stirring constantly, strring constantly, untilthick and smooth. Stir in slice egg, heat to boil.
