li1 tsp olive oil/li
li1/4 cup minced onion/li
li2 oz canadian bacon, minced/li
li3 cup green beans, cut into 3-inch lengths/li
li1/2 cup low-fat, low-sodium chicken/li
lifresh ground pepper/li

h3Preparation:/h3
ol
liHeat the oil in a skillet over medium heat./li
liAdd the onion and saute for 3 minutes./li
liAdd the bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes. /li
liRemove the bacon mixture from the skillet./li
liAdd the green beans to the skillet. /li
liCover and steam for 3 minutes./li
liReturn the bacon mixture to the skillet and mix well./li
liSeason with pepper and serve./li
