Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda,and salt, cut in margarine until consistency of peas. Stir in coconut addremaining ingredients all at once. Stir with fork until dough holdstogether. Drop about 2 inches apart by t!easpoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light golden brown(about 10 minutes).
