Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350. Cook onion and apple in margarine until onion islightly browned, about 15 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredientsEXCEPT 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce, shape into a loaf and place on a rackin a shallow baking pan. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake, uncovered,1 hour.Per serving: 24g protein, 18g fat, 16g carb., 405mg sodium, 70mg chol., 317calories.
