SPIANCH SALAD1/2 lb spinach, fresh, torn into bite size piece2 tbsp almonds, slivered, toasted3/4 cup cabbage, purple, shredded1/4 cup raisinsDRESSING1/4 cup sugar3/4 tsp mustard, dry3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp celery seeds1 1/2 tbsp onion, minced1/4 cup vinegar1/2 cup oil, vegetable

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Toss and servewith dressing.Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shakevigorously. Chill several hours.
