1 medium Orange1/2 cup Raw CranberriesSugar substitute equal to 1Tablespoon sugar1 package Sugar free gelatin, red3/4 cup Boiling water1/2 cup Cold waterIce cubes

Preparation:

Quarter the oragne and remove seeds, Combine orange and cranberriesin food processor and chop finely. Add sugar substitute and setaside. dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water andenough ice cupes to make 1 cup ice water. Add water to gelatin andstir. Set aside until ice cubes melt. Add fruit mixture.
