Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 medium flour tortilla
  • 1-2 slices deli-style turkey
  • 1 slice deli-style ham
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • Sprouts if desired
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Preparation

  1. Place the tortilla on a flat surface. In the middle, layer the turkey, ham and cheese. Place some lettuce and sprouts (if desired) on top. Roll burrito-style or as a wrap, and secure with a toothpick.
