3 cup Chicken broth8 1/4 oz Can creamed corn, 11 cup Chicken, diced, cooked, skinned1 tbsp Cornstarch2 tbsp Cold water2 Egg, whites2 tbsp Parsley, finely, minced, fresh

Preparation:

Combine chicken broth, corn, and chicken pieces in alarge saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over mediumheat, stirring occasionally. Blend cornstarch withcold water and add to soup. Continue cooking,uncoverd, for 3 minutes. Beat egg whites untillfoamy; stir into soup. Reduce heat to a simmer andcook until foamy. Ladle soup into individual bowls andgarish with parsley.
