2 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise +2 tsp reduced calorie mayonnaise1 1/4 lb calves liver, thinly sliced1/2 cup onions, chopped1 cup mushrooms, chopped1/2 cup dry white wine1 cup plain lowfat yogurt1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 dash worcestershire sauce1 tbsp imitation bacon bits2 cup noodles, cooked

Preparation:

Brown liver in margarine. Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platterin the oven. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water ifnecessary to prevent drying. Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, addremaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through. To serve,divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates. Divide liver and place overnoodles. Top with sauce.Per serving: 35g protein, 13g fat, 33g carb., 585mg sodium, 453mg chol.,392 calories
