12 rich crepes2 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp granulated sugar replacement1 dash salt1 cup skim milk1 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp vanilla extract2 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed1 cup lo-cal whipped topping, prepared

Preparation:

Reserve crepes. Combine cornstarch, sugar replacement, salt, milk, lemonjuice and vanilla in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat untilslightly thickened; remove from heat. Crush 1 cup of the blueberries andadd to cream mixture. Return to heat, and cook and stir until thickened.Cool. Fold in remaining blueberries. Divide evenly between crepes, and foldor roll the crepes.
