1 1/2 lb ground round1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup skim milk2 1/2 tbsp flour, (or 1 T. cornstarch)3 tbsp Parmesan cheese2 tbsp white wine1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 tsp oregano1 dash pepper3 cup cooked noodles

Preparation:

In non-stick skillet brown ground round and onion. Drain excess grease.Thicken milk with flour, then add wine, mushrooms, oregano, pepper andcheese to sauce. Stir sauce into meat mixture and heat to boiling.
