1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp dry white wine1 minced garlic clove1/8 tsp ground ginger1 lb top or bottom round2 tsp safflower oil2 cup broccoli flowerettes1 cup beef broth1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation:

Cut meat into 1-inch strips. Mix together first four ingredients andmarinate meat strips for 1 hour. Heat oil in skillet over moderate heat.Remove meat from marinade (reserve) and brown quickly on both sides. Addthe broccoli and cook until easily pie!rced with fork. Combine broth, cornstarch and marinade; stir into skilletmixture.
