Baked Red Snapper Recipe

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Skinless red snapper fillet
  • 2 tbsp Grated onion
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Grated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Place fillets in a shallow greased baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine onion, lemon juice, orange juice and orange rind. Pour mixture over fish.
  3. Chill, covered, 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle fish with nutmeg and pepper.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with a twists of lemon before serving.
