Italian Roasted Radishes

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes, sliced
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Garlic salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix the butter, Italian seasoning and garlic salt together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the radishes and butter mixture together until the radishes are evenly coated.
  4. Place the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
