Cajun Tilapia

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tilapia filet
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2-3 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • Lemon pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large sauce pan, sauté everything except the fish together over medium heat.
  2. Adjust the heat to medium-high and add the fish. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until each side is brown. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
