Healthy Lamb Kebabs

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 yellow onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 mint leaves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 dash sea salt

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Knead the mixture for about 5 minutes to fully combine the ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to set.
  3. Using wet hands, shape the mixture into 8 evenly sized pieces, then place each one on a skewer. Grill the lamb until it is cooked through.
