Skillet Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 tbsp vinegar
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in large skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5-10
minutes. Vegetables should be firm.
