Ingredients:

4.00 lg Baking potatoe
0.50 c Kraft Lite reduced Calorie
0.25 c (1 oz.) Kraft 100% grated p
3.00 tb Chopped fresh parsley
0.25 ts Pepper
0.25 c Kraft *FREE* Ranch Non-fat

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pierce potatoes and bake
1 hour or until tender, cool to touch. Cut slice from
top of each potato. Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 inch
shell. Mash potatoes. Add mayonnaise, dressing, 3
tbls. cheese, parsley and pepper - beat until fluffy.
Fill shells. Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly
heated.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Pierce potatoes, place on
paper towel. Microwave on High for 15 to 17 minutes
turning & rotating several times. Wrap in foil & let
sit 5 min. Remove foil - prepare as above and fill
shells as directed. Microwave on High for 5 to 7
minutes or until heated through - rotating plate after
3 min.

protein, 5 mg. chol., 41 g carbs., 6 g fat, 290 mg
sodium.
