Ingredients:

2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
6 lamb chops, trimmed of fat - (5-oz)
6 sprigs fresh mint

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except the lamb chops and mint in a small bowl and
microwave for 1 minute. Brush the mixture on the chops and broil or grill,
turning frequently, according to the following guidelines: 12 minutes for
rare, 15 minutes for medium, and !
18 minutes for well done. Garnish with mint and serve.
