Ingredients:

2 cup Fresh Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp Margarine
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg

Preparation:

Cut the sprouts in half and steam until tender. Meanwhile, saute the
walnuts in the margarine until golden. Pour over the sprouts in a
serving dish. Sprinkle on nutmeg.

carbohydrate, 4 grams protein, 8 grams fat 44 mg sodium, 27 mg
potassium, 0 cholesterol
