Can some recommend a good and inexpensive diabetic and low-carb meal plan services?

There is so much info when I look online. I am trying to see if anyone has found a good meal plan that is also low card for diabetics. I do not need something that is too intricate. I am not a great cook so something that would be a little more straightforward in the kitchen.
