Raspberry Salad with Goat Cheese

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces mixed field greens
  • 4 ounces raspberries
  • 4 ounces yellow grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds or nuts
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, then toss until everything is well combined.
