Crunchy Dark Chocolate Bars

Serves 10

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice cereal

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate, being careful not to burn it.
  2. Stir the puffed brown rice cereal into the melted chocolate.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper, then place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until it has cooled.
  4. Cut the cooled crunchy chocolate into 10 equal bars.
