Grilled Steak Fajita Recipe

li2 green peppers, sliced/li
li1 red pepper, sliced/li
li1 medium onion, sliced/li
li1 tbsp chopped garlic/li
li3/4 tsp salt, divided into 1/4 tsp and 1/2 tsp/li
li1/2 tsp cumin/li
li1/2 tsp chili powder/li
li1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper/li
li1/4 tsp oregano/li
li1/8 tsp cinnamon/li
li1 lb top sirloin, trimmed/li
li4 burrito-size whole-wheat tortillas, (10-inch)/li
li1 cup prepared salsa/li
li2 cups cooked brown rice/li
liHeat grill./li
liHeat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until softened, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt./li
liMeanwhile, combine remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, cumin, chili powder, pepper, oregano and cinnamon in cup. Sprinkle on steak. Grill steak 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium rare./li
liMicrowave tortillas in dampened paper towels on High 30 to 50 seconds./li
liSlice meat. Divide meat in center of each tortilla; top with vegetables. Roll up./li
liServe with salsa and rice./li
