li3 tbsp nutrasweet - spoonful/li
li1 env. (1/4 oz.) unflavored gelatin/li
li1 cup skim milk/li
li2 8 oz. packages reduced fat cream cheese, softened/li
li1 3 oz. package reduced fat cream cheese, softened/li
li2 tbsp lemon juice/li
li1 tbsp grated lemon rind/li
li2 tsp vanilla extract/li
li1/3 cup to 1/2 cup Nutrasweet Spoonful/li
li1 pt blueberries/li
li2 pt raspberries/li

liMix crumbs, margarine and the 3 tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful in medium bowl; pat evenly on bottom of 15x10 inch jelly roll pan./li
liSprinkle gelatin over milk in small saucepan; let stand 2 to 3 minutes./li
liHeat over medium low heat, stirring constaantly, until gelatin is dissolved./li
liCool to room temperature./li
liBeat cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl; gradually beat in milk mixture./li
liBeat in lemon juice and rind, vanilla and 1/3 to 1/2 cup NutraSweet Spoonful./li
liPour mixture over crust;refrigerate until set, 3 to 4 hours./li
liBefore serving, decorate to look like a flag, using the blueberries for the stars, and the raspberries for the stripes./li
