1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup shortening1/2 cup raisins1 egg2 tbsp orange juice2 tsp grated orange rind1 1/2 tsp Sucaryl

Preparation:

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening untilcrumbly.Add all at once: raisins, eggs, orange juice, orange rind and Sucaryl.Mix well. Make into small balls; flatten on cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15minutes at 375 degrees.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Preparation Time: 0:00
