Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Makes 3 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp water(if dough is dry)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Beat together the oil, sugar, and egg. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to blend well.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes at about 375 degrees F.
