1 tbsp Granulated sugar4 tbsp Sugar replacement1/3 cup Buttermilk1 Egg (well beaten)1 cup Flour1/8 tsp Baking soda1 tsp Baking powderNutmeg1 Cinnamon1 Vanilla extract1 Salt1 Oil for deep-fat frying

Preparation:

Combine sugars, buttermilk, and egg; beat well. Add remainingingredients, except oil. Beat just until blended. Heat oil to 375F.Drop dough from doughnut dropper into hot fat. Fry until goldenbrown, turning often. Drain. 1 serving (1 donut - did you think itwould be 3 or 4?)= 1 bread, 1 fat Calories = 130 (Yep still only 1donut)- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Preparation Time: 0:00
