20 oz Pk frozen broccoli spears2 tbsp Butter or margarine1 tbsp Flour1/2 cup Milk1 tsp Grated lemon peel1 tbsp Lemon juice1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Ground ginger

Preparation:

1. Cook broccoli in a shallow, heat-resistant, non- metallic, 11/2-quart baking dish. Drain and set aside. 2. In a small,heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl melt butter or margarine inMicrowave Oven 30 seconds. 3. Blend in flour with a fork untilsmooth. Gradually stir in milk. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1minute or until thickened and smooth. 4. Gradually stir in lemon peeland juice so that the mixture does not curdle. Stir in salt andginger until well blended. 5. Spoon sauce over drained broccolispears. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 to 2 minutes or untilheated through.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Preparation Time: 0:00
