Five Foods That Will Give You A Daily Dose of Probiotics

There have been numerous studies that have demonstrated the link between gut health and autoimmune diseases, immune system, mental health, mood, cancer, endocrine disorders, and skin conditions. 1. Kimchi is a fermented Korean side dish that is made up of vegetables, such as cabbage, scallions, and radishes. Ther are unique strains of bacteria found in kimchi that will work to heal your gut.

2. Kombucha is a fermented tea that is rich in probiotics that can kill harmful bacteria. This antioxidant tea has been consumed for thousands of years.

3. Pickles have a high concentration of vitamins such as vitamins A and K, as well as calcium. And these fermented cucumbers are rich in probiotics when they are soaked in saltwater brine.

4. Tempeh is a high-protein and nutrient-dense soy product. It is the fermentation of soybeans that makes it rich in probiotics.

5. Yogurt is made from milk that has been fermented by friendly bacteria. It is one of the best sources of probiotics. Other benefits of eating yogurt are preventing cancer, gastrointestinal diseases, asthma, and infections, as well as strengthening the immune system.
