Tuna Steaks with Garlic Honey Sauce

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 4-oz tuna steaks
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Season tuna steaks on both sides with salt (optional) and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, purée garlic, honey, and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Place tuna steaks in baking dish and brush garlic purée on top of each steak, coating generously. Bake for 20 minutes.
