Zucchini Saute Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium red onion, chopped
3 medium zucchini, cut into rounds
1/4 tsp dried oregano
fresh ground pepper
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, and saut? until
onion is translucent but not browned. Add zucchini, cover, and simmer 3 to
4 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper, and serve hot.
