Ingredients:


TOPPING 1 {NOT THIS ONE

1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, finely minced
1 matzo bread

TOPPING 2

1 matzo bread
1 can tuna
2 tbsp mayo, homemade yeastfree
1 tsp paprika
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced

Preparation:

TOPPING 1: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and
stir until mixed. Serve spread on matzo bread, or use as a dip for the
bread.

TOPPING 2: Preheat broiler. Break matzo bread into large pieces. Set
aside. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and paprika together. Spread tuna over matzo
pieces. Layer each piece with cucumber and tomato slices. Broil 3 minutes,
serve hot. Serves 2.
