Ingredients:

1 cup assorted vegetables, thinly shredded (carrots,
1 large flour torilla
2 tbsp reduced-cal ranch dressing
1 oz swiss cheese
1 oz turkey, sliced;

Preparation:

Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add
Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly. Food
Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 1 MILK EXCHANGE + 1
VEGETABLE EXCHANGE + 1 LOW-MEAT EXCHANGE
