Tony's Crawfish Etoufee Recipe
Ingredients:
0.50 c Butter or margerine
1.00 c Chopped onions
0.50 c Chopped belle pepper
2.00 Clove of Garlic
1.00 tb Worcestershire sauce
1.00 tb Paprika
1.50 ts Tony's Creole Seasoning
1.00 tb Corn starch
0.50 c Water
1.00 lb Crawfish tails peeled
1.00 tb Green onion tops, chopped
1.00 tb Parsely, chopped
In 2 qt. batter bowl, combine butter, onion, belle
pepper, and garlic. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5
minutes or until soft but not brown. Add paprika,
Worcestersire sauce, Tony's Creole Seasoning, and
crawfish tails. In a small bowl, combine corn starch
and water. Mix well and add to crawfish mixture. Mix
well and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH
for 10 to 11 minutes or until crawfish is done. Serve
over rice and garnish with onion tops and parlsey.
You can also use this recipe to stuff a baked potatoe
with. Very Good.
