Ingredients:


COLESLAW

1 qt cabbage raw grated
1/2 cup carrots raw grated
1/3 cup green bell pepper grated
1 tbsp onion minced

DRESSING

1/2 cup mayonaise
4 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Preparation:

Mix cabbage, carrots, Bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl. Mix dressing
ingredients then pour into the large bowl over the mixed vegatables. Mix
until all is well coated with the dressing. Chill and serve.
