Ingredients:

6 oz turkey breast, cooked
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, packed grated
1/4 cup apple, finely chopped
1/3 cup plain non/low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise, (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder

Preparation:

Cut turkey into small pieces. Process the turkey and onion together in food
processor, or chop them together by hand. Add remaining ingredients, mixing
them well. Chill the spread before serving it.
