1/4 cup Tahini
6 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
dash Red (cayenne) pepper

Preparation:

Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores.
This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads.
Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup.
