Taco Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pork chops, * cut 1 thick
1/2 cup cheese flavored tortilla chips, finely crushed
1/2 cup catchup
2 tsp butter =or=-
2 tsp margarine
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 few dashes bottles hot sauce
1 dash gralic powder
* As a diabetic, I use 1/2" chops for each serving and bake in regular oven
with bake potato and side dish which can be cook in oven also........ Trim
excess fat from chops. Dip chops in crushed chips, coating both sides
evenly. Spray baking dish with non-stick vegetables spray coating. Place
chops on tray. Bake in 350 degrees oven about 45 minutes or till done.
Meanwhile in a saucepan stir together remaining ingretients. Cook and stir
till heated through and butter is melted. Serve over chops. Source: Better
