Ingredients:

1 lb flank steak
1 cup soft, whole wheat bread - crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp powdered thyme
1 dash pepper
2 tbsp water

Preparation:

Pound steak to tenderize. Cut pocket in center of steak. Combine
remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff steak and secure opening with
skewers. Broil 3 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side, or longer to
taste. To serve cut thin slices diagonally!
