Strawberry Banana Tofu Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package silkentofu, or soft tofu (10 - 1/2 ounces)
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen, (slightly thawed) - unsweetened - strawberries
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients an puree until the
mixture is smooth. Chill and serve.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
