8 cup loosely packed fresh spinach, (approx. 1/2 lb.)
1 sectioned Texas Ruby Red grapefruit, (reserve remain - juice for dressing)

Preparation:

Wash spinach and tear into salad size pieces; add grapefruit sections and
juice. Toss well.

Tasty served as is, or try a small amount of low-calorie French dressing.
To some the slight tartness of fresh spinach makes the grapefruit taste
sweeter.
