Is this Spiced Beets Recipe Suitable for Diabetics?

This Spiced Beets recipe comes from our category which lists diabetic Vegetable recipes. As we don`t know your particular diabetic conditions & the guidelines your medical team has provided, we really can`t say with certainty that this Spiced Beets recipe is OK for you. Even taking that into account, because the original author marked it as `diabetic` it hopefully indicates that it, at the very least, matches the minimum consideration for the tag `diabetic friendly`, being low fat and low carb and should be healthier than a typical non-diabetic recipe. All the same, this Spiced Beets recipe should only be used if you understand your own condition and are happy that the recipe ingredients are acceptable for you.

Sadly it is unfeasible for us to cook every one of the diabetic Vegetable recipes to warrant that all of them are 100% modified for diabetes sufferers. There are over two thousand diabetic recipes in the collection, & to check each of them even at a rate of 7 recipes per week would take almost 6 years. We strongly urge you to analyse the ingredients with due care to confirm that all the recipes comply with the nutritional guidelines your doctor has given you. In the event that you think that this Spiced Beets recipe is not appropriate for diabetics, please let us know & we will withdraw the recipe concerned from our site.
