Sole In Herbed Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter or margarine, softene
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt, optional
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 lb sole fillets
fresh dill and lemon wedges
"I often rely on seafood recipes for quick meals. This flavorful fish is
easy to make and is ready in just a few minutes." - Marilyn Paradis In a
bowl, mix butter, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt if desired and
pepper. Transfer to a skillet; heat on medium until melted. Add the sole
and saute for several minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a
fork. Garnish with dill and lemon if desired.
Diabetic Exchanges: One serving (prepared with light margarine and without
added salt) equals 4 1/2 lean meat, 1/2 fat; also, 256 calories, 303 mg
sodium, 72 mg cholesterol, trace carbohydrate, 35 gm protein, 12 gm fat
