Shrimp Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tbsp soy sauce(low-sodium)
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp seasame oil +
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sherry extract
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp honey
1 1/4 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl. Add shrimp and marinate
several hours, stirring occasionally. Preheat broiler. Remove shrimp from
marinade, place on broiler pan and broil 5 minutes. turn and broil until
shrimp is just done. Heat marinade and serve with shrimp.
Per serving: 30g protein, 7g fat, 5g carb., 982mg sodium, 216mg chol., 209
calories.
