Shrimp Curry - Quick And Easy Diabetic Menus Recipe
Ingredients:
1.00 ts Margarine
1.00 sm Onion, chopped
0.25 c Bell pepper, chopped
1.00 cl Garlic, minced
0.75 ts Curry powder, or to taste
0.25 ts Ginger
0.50 ts Chili powder
0.50 c Yogurt
0.75 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
Preparation:
In a non-stick saucepan, melt the margarine. Add and
saute the onion, green pepper, garlic, and spices over
medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add yogurt and shrimp.
cover and cook over low heat until hot, stirring
occasionally. Serve over rice
