Ingredients:

1 lb Fresh green beans
1 medium -size red bell pepper red or yellow maybe sub cut in 1/4
2 tbsp Toasted seasmae seeds
1 tsp Sesame oil

Preparation:

Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain
and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper
and toss with remaining ingredients.
